Comments are invited on the objectives and actions of the policy. To provide context and clarification, the current introduction of the forthcoming policy as well as the glossary terms to be included in the policy are also provided.

In the final question of the consultation, respondents may also share their views on the further development of the introduction and glossary, particularly regarding what should be included in or emphasised within them from the perspective of the objectives and actions.
